Yesterday, it was my dad's 63rd birthday bash on a Sat evening. We went to Gasoline at Lookout point to celebrate his b'day there. Anyway, we had invited Kelly and Aunt Kimberly, Koo Mah, Uncle Bernard and Aunt Patricia to attend this special occasion with us. It was all-nite chatting and laughing at jokes that we had. Funny, surprised, shocked were the expression that we had made for ourselves. Good but yea...we really enjoyed the b'day gathering session. As for Uncle Bernard, he might want to celebrate his bday in a grand way next year, as mentioned by him earlier. All of us ordered combo set meals that include a free drink of Jasmine tea or ocean soda as well as a bowl of soup. Wanna know what I've ordered? It was pepper butter chicken chop and a free complimentary Jasmine tea. I loved the tender juicy chicken...loved it to the last drop of the gravy...who wouldn't like the ambience environment with a pretty nice scenery from the top of the hill?? Yes, bet all of us could even go for another hitch hike climb although it's not very tiring to climb all the way to the top hill? Hmmpph...now I try to upload the pics for your enjoyment:-

Angeline and Kevan's wedding dinner banquet
Last Sat, I attended one of my church friend's wedding at Pearl International Hotel at Old Klang Road. The wedding was for the newly weds, Angeline Tan and Kevan Puah. It was sort of a Chinese dinner banquet and those who went there had really enjoyed themselves. Throughout the nite, there was a band which played the songs in the 70s and 80s. I'm pretty sure that those in their 40s or 50s at their age enjoyed themselves to the fullest due to the reason that they played all the oldies songs that do not appeal to the youngsters or youth like me.
Anyway, drums roll presenting to you the photos of the newly wed couple and the dinner:

Old School Gathering @ Pavillion
On the 2nd of May (Sun), we had an old school gathering at the Pavilions KL. I managed to arrive at 1.30pm after my church session had finished at 1.00pm. It was lots of story telling and updating on one another about our current lives. It was indeed a good gathering after all. Loving God that he arranged this for me as I thought that I would never have a chance to meet my old mates anymore but yea, he knows what I'm expecting from this chance of meeting with these five mates of mine. Hope that there'll be more to come next.
:)
:. Hot 'n Cold (Kate Perry) .:
I keep listening to this song over the radio for the past several months and I ToT of sharing it with you guys. As you've heard the preface of the beginning, it really sounds like "You're hot but you're cold, you're yes or you're no"... Do you think you really enjoy it. Bet everyone like it as I did. ;P

JOB Interview
Hi, I'm here again, ranting and shouting how life can be just unfair. Actually, I'm in the midst of Sahara Desert, as if i'm floating from a place to another spot...(just imagine) floating and still floating. That simply means that I'm quite unsure of where I'm heading at but I have high hopes though. Had been going for a couple of interviews for the past 1 1/2 months. Actually, I went to a company known as ebWorx at 10.30am this morning. The interview session went well but anyway at the end of it, the project operations manager said she will be pleased to invite me for another 2nd interview if I were to be shortlisted again. Can I be like Callista, trying to be back at the sunny island and looking forward to many big or small surprises that is gonna throw on me *dreaming*. Anyway, I'm just trying to release some emotional knots. Hopefully, it will be better in the coming days.

Happy CNY @_@ Chap Goh Meh
I had celebrated CNY this year (actually this is a post-blog entry since it's 2 weeks ago) with my family and relatives. This year is not surprising as compared to last year as I got an abundance of RM150 of ang-pow money. I like the toss of yee-sang, shark fin soup, fresh steamed promfret fish - all cooked by my grandma and my aunt.
Anyway, this year's CNY has passed very quickly. My mum even joked to my relatives during Aunty Foong's CNY open-house held on Sat (27th of Feb) that after this year's Chap Goh Meh, it would be "Chung festival". "Chung festival" is held every year right after the 15th day of CNY. During this auspicious event, we'll eat plentious of steamed Chinese dumplings for good luck and longevity. There's actually a story behind the occasion but I need to find out from the Internet if you really need to know the legend that happened thousands and thousands years ago. Everyone in the family will look forward to this occasion.
Next, I had paid a visit to Aunty Foong's bungalow house on Sat. Very nice and comfortable especially the interior designs. Haah, but I'm not that pretty sure if I wanna go there again in the next coming few years as I felt 'paiseh' to receive ang pows from my relatives (occasionally and lately, I had been thinking how old I am and as I'm growing old, maybe it's time to stop receiving red packets fyi :o)
Unfortunately, I don't have photos to upload now coz' they're still in the camera. ahaha. I will upload it for your pleasure viewing when I'm ready for it.
