Halloween's Trick or Treats??

Today morning, I was at Balloon Buzz @Seksyen 14, PJ. Tomorrow, I'll be at Bangsar Village, another outlet of Balloon Buzz again. Guess what I have found? Trick or Treatsss?

Gym revisited

Thank you Jesus for being there for me. This was how I looked after a 5 hour ordeal. How my appearance can change other perception on me. Anyhow, i'm stiĺl determined, persevere and endurance. Another 50 minute workout should do more good than harm though. Boost body combat!  *gambateh*
