Old School Gathering @ Pavillion

On the 2nd of May (Sun), we had an old school gathering at the Pavilions KL. I managed to arrive at 1.30pm after my church session had finished at 1.00pm. It was lots of story telling and updating on one another about our current lives. It was indeed a good gathering after all. Loving God that he arranged this for me as I thought that I would never have a chance to meet my old mates anymore but yea, he knows what I'm expecting from this chance of meeting with these five mates of mine. Hope that there'll be more to come next.
:)

:. Hot 'n Cold (Kate Perry) .:

I keep listening to this song over the radio for the past several months and I ToT of sharing it with you guys. As you've heard the preface of the beginning, it really sounds like "You're hot but you're cold, you're yes or you're no"... Do you think you really enjoy it. Bet everyone like it as I did. ;P

JOB Interview

Hi, I'm here again, ranting and shouting how life can be just unfair. Actually, I'm in the midst of Sahara Desert, as if i'm floating from a place to another spot...(just imagine) floating and still floating. That simply means that I'm quite unsure of where I'm heading at but I have high hopes though. Had been going for a couple of interviews for the past 1 1/2 months. Actually, I went to a company known as ebWorx at 10.30am this morning. The interview session went well but anyway at the end of it, the project operations manager said she will be pleased to invite me for another 2nd interview if I were to be shortlisted again. Can I be like Callista, trying to be back at the sunny island and looking forward to many big or small surprises that is gonna throw on me *dreaming*. Anyway, I'm just trying to release some emotional knots. Hopefully, it will be better in the coming days.

Happy CNY @_@ Chap Goh Meh

I had celebrated CNY this year (actually this is a post-blog entry since it's 2 weeks ago) with my family and relatives. This year is not surprising as compared to last year as I got an abundance of RM150 of ang-pow money. I like the toss of yee-sang, shark fin soup, fresh steamed promfret fish - all cooked by my grandma and my aunt.

Anyway, this year's CNY has passed very quickly. My mum even joked to my relatives during Aunty Foong's CNY open-house held on Sat (27th of Feb) that after this year's Chap Goh Meh, it would be "Chung festival". "Chung festival" is held every year right after the 15th day of CNY. During this auspicious event, we'll eat plentious of steamed Chinese dumplings for good luck and longevity. There's actually a story behind the occasion but I need to find out from the Internet if you really need to know the legend that happened thousands and thousands years ago. Everyone in the family will look forward to this occasion.

Next, I had paid a visit to Aunty Foong's bungalow house on Sat. Very nice and comfortable especially the interior designs. Haah, but I'm not that pretty sure if I wanna go there again in the next coming few years as I felt 'paiseh' to receive ang pows from my relatives (occasionally and lately, I had been thinking how old I am and as I'm growing old, maybe it's time to stop receiving red packets fyi :o)

Unfortunately, I don't have photos to upload now coz' they're still in the camera. ahaha. I will upload it for your pleasure viewing when I'm ready for it.

A blog entry by Callista - read it, it's quite ...

*warning* A semi-depressing post. Don't read on if you will be influence easily. I am in this kind of i-feel-like-blogging-i-don't-like-blogging mood. I look into my Edit posts and realized i still had like 10 drafts there. But i can't seem to find the energy to blog. There are like so many things i wanna say but can't seem to put them into words. Not much vocab in me to begin with (if you understand what i am getting at).Nowadays, it is just me and my whines. I think i used up all my energy whining. Yah, i know i should just stop and get down to work. But i got no freaking idea where to begin. Again i am whining. Impressed myself once again.I keep looking for surprises in life. But i think mostly the surprises are on me. I really need to keep thinking of the happy thoughts *happy thoughts, happy thoughts* . I can't even pen out my thoughts properly. Maybe what i really need now is an English course.I hope you are not feeling unhappy/depress after reading my blog. If you really are, and if you by any chance listen to Chinese rock, try Mayday latest album. Inspiring if you have dreams. I am hooked onto it, but the more i listen to them, the more lost i am.Will pick up myself in no time, i am sure. Just trying to release some emotional knots.

Illuzion Sushi and Jogging Activity

Today, after church session, I went to Illuzion Sushi with my sis and my cousin brother. Church in the morning was as usual. This morning was a very special session because we had invited Pastor Lawrence Koo who was from Agape Church, Sg and he gave us a speech about God's plentious love.

Initially, we parked our car at Seng's place. His sister has gone back to India to continue her studies in dentistry, so we didn't have the opportunity to meet up with her. After the rain has subsided, we followed Seng's car to Illuzion Sushi which is situated at Dataran Mentari. My sis has taken many photos, only if I have them then I'll post them up in the blog. We had plenty of food there, which I had ordered the dragon sushi rolls (RM28) and terriyaki chicken (RM22). Instead, my sis ordered salmon terriyaki (RM25). As for Seng, he ordered beef terriyaki (RM27). We tried each other's food and they were really tasty. Not like I never tasted bento before but it was real good! All served with complimentary green tea.

After around 2.45pm, we went back to Seng's place and changed our clothings, before we head to Tmn Tun to jog. It had rained quite and finally, when it stopped we drove to Tmn Tun, park our car at the vicinity area.

I had run one round, same goes as my so-called both 'teman-teman'. It was up and down the slope. Very tiring indeed but it was worth the effort. I think I would have shredded a few more kgs/ pound since the last jog that I had. Both my teman had done a very good job. We even saw an old grandma jogging and she was ahead of three of us. It made us laugh cause the way we saw it, she had better stamina compared to younger groups.

After the jogging, we went to mamak and ordered Revite. As for Seng, he ordered a glass of teh-tarik and a currypuff. Three of us felt really glad today.

Last but not least, if we have photos to post in the blog, we will put them up a'ight. Till then, it's 9.30pm already. Time to hit the sack. Good nitezzz.

Dad' Bestday at Neway Leisure Mall

Yesterday on the 29th Aug (a day after dad's real b'day on the 28th Aug), my family and I celebrated on the occasion with a few of my relatives. They are my second uncle and aunty, first aunty and her grand-daughter (my niece of course!) as well as Aunty Kimberly and Kelly. We arrived there before 8.00pm, chatted and by 8 o'clock sharp, we went for a buffet at Neway Leisure Mall. There were so much food to eat, among them were fresh prawns, clams, crabs, oyster, sushi, fried fish and chicken, spaghetti and pasta. Luv them to bits! Also, we had our drinks (2 max for each person). I ordered mango juice and hot horlick drink. As for my parents and my sis, I couldn't remember. I beg my pardon. Don't know whether I'm plain stupid or what, but I had forgotten liao~!

I gave my dad RM50 ang bao as an auspicious b'day gift. Sshh....at the end of the night, I went to my dad's room and saw him calculated the total ang bao money that he had collected since the event , coming to an amount total of RM550! Our total bill came to about RM516! So, that means he had another RM36 of spare for himself. LoLz....
